Bringing the typology of high-end, premium apartments to the coastal town of Alibaug, the design endeavour breaks the mould of holiday homes. The high-rise apartments assume an undulated façade, a homage to the waves of the Arabian Sea. A series of sinuous-form, cantilevered terraces project from the structure’s core, creating a sculptural landmark with communal zones concentrated on the terrace level and luxury homes below.
